The permanent collections of the National Taiwan Science Education Center present a rich collection including life sciences, physics, chemistry, mathematics and earth sciences. The Museum also hosts temporary exhibitions, of a highly modern character, whether international or local.

The National Taiwan Science Education Center has appointed Columbia River to recreate the Lavoisier Workshop in a similar set-up to the "Arts et Métiers Museum" in Paris.
